I'm a pastor/missionary who loves working with students. I've been married to my high school sweetheart,Liz, since 2004. I love my son Caleb. One of my favorite things in the world is dropping a raft into a huge wave on the Salmon River. We currently live in Budapest, Hungary.

New!!
So, we're trying this blog thing out! I (Rob) am not so good at wanting to blog, but we'll try to keep you updated with our lives and musings.
We just returned from a short mission trip to Eastern Europe where we visited a few countries, including Romania, Slovenia, and Croatia. I did some teaching in Slovenia and thoroughly enjoyed connecting with that team (which includes some missionaries from our church). We got to visit the beautiful Croatian coast and it was (thankfully) sunny and stunning.
Ministry at Glenwood is especially fun right now--I just got two text messages today from guys that were pumped because their unsaved friends are coming to youth group this week. It is so fun to see our students motivated to see their friends come to Christ. Multiplication--it's slow starting, but crazy fun when it starts rolling!
Craziest thought of late: God has existed in perfect relationship (in the Trinity) since forever started. In John 17, he invites believers into that relationship--into the Trinity. That's crazy!
